Hello Readers! While I am not new to the world of blogging, I do social media for an agricultural consulting company, this is my newest attempt at a blog about my life. As the name would tip you off, we are not the average family.
I have been married to my husband for four years and we get along...sometimes! He has a nine year old daughter who lives with us 90% of the time. For those of you who aren't stepmothers, you cannot understand the struggle that this is, but I will try to rectify that. For those of you who are stepmothers, you will understand my struggles! I also have two children that we share, but they have tails. Not in a deformed way, but that I love my dogs so much they are my children!
Our life gets a little crazy, but I don't think that I'm the only one with a non-average family. That's why I have titled this The "New" Average Family. And my goal is to share our stories from my perspective - the wild single girl turned wife and mother overnight, and sometimes not taking it so gracefully!
